The team Jubilee F.C is an extension of the church PAOZ Jubilee Christian Centre, a bible believing church located in the surburb of Milton Park in Harare. The senior pastor of the church is Bishop Never Muparutsa, it was he who initiated the community changing drive to use soccer as a gateway to influence young soccer player and soccer loving men in general. The football team was officially launched into being as a weekly feature in December of 2016.

The inaugural team won the PAOZ Overseer's Cup that year. The team joined the Harare Christian Soccer League in February of 2017 and made such an impact from the first game to the last, becoming the debutant team of the year after only losing the league title by just a single point. The team attained the highest scoring margin in the history of the league in a single match after dispatching River of Life F.C 20-0, also attaining the highest goals scored record in a single season.
